We are very excited to offer a collaboration hub for our Human Resources Professionals to receive and information in a two-way communication format. There are three sections that make up the HR Partners Area:
- Announcements – All HR Mail announcements will be placed here. When a new announcement topic is posted, you will receive a notification. When you click on the announcement, you will be able to leave a comment. The Strategy and Organizational Development Unit and HR Information System Unit will be monitoring the comments daily. Although only HR Officers will view the comments, please do not include any employee names, numbers, or other identifying information in the comment section.
- Calendar – All DOP events will be placed here with sign up information, sign on information and other important instructions. You can also add the events to your outlook calendar by downloading the event.
- Resources – All HR Officer forms, videos, documents, and guides will be placed here. This area is searchable, so when you need to find information about a specific topic, please check here first. This resources library will continue to grow so check it often.
