The Virgin Islands Division of Personnel (DOP) has been working diligently to distribute Retroactive Payments, pursuant to Act. 6984, that are owed to active and separate employees and retirees of the Government of the Virgin Islands.

Please note:

• All applicable taxes will be withheld before payments are made.
• All active GVI employees entitled to a retro payment and currently receiving a payroll check from the central government, will receive this year's payment via direct deposit.
• Payments may also be claimed by survivors, upon the death of an active or separated GVI employee or retiree.
