Employee Orientation

The Employee Orientation workshop provides participants with an overview of the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands’ (GVI) organizational structure, personnel policies, benefits, career development opportunities, and employee programs and resources. This full-day Employee Orientation workshop also includes the GVI’s full 2-hour initial Sexual Harassment Prevention training, which equips employees with the knowledge and tools to help foster a working environment free of sexually inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, and other forms of harassment.

Who Should Attend: Individuals currently employed with the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands (GVI) for less than one (1) year.  Also open to other full-time GVI employees who have not attended a GVI Employee Orientation.
