A Celebration

A Celebration

Each and every day, public servants face unique challenges in the workplace. While the need for vital government services continues to grow, we increasingly ask our public servants to do more with less. Public Servants perform a myriad of tasks that we may all take for granted every day. They provide essential services and benefits including disease prevention, health care, public safety and security, securing our waters, providing education care and so much more.

Public Service Recognition Week is an appropriate time for us to applaud their efforts and to reflect on the value of public service, and give our civil servants the praise that so many richly deserve, but so seldom receive. They deserve our support and appreciation. With sincere gratitude for their important contributions and sacrifice, for putting service before self, we take this week to say THANK YOU.
